Andy balances his technical expertise with pursuits in the artistic world. An accomplished drummer and singer, he has lent his creative abilities to stage musicals and local bands. Ever a student of drum technique, he currently studies with renowned California-based drummers Mike Johnston and Tommy Rickard, and Cirque du Soleil drummer Kit Chatham.
